After thorough competitor and product analysis by industry leading experts, it was identified that there was suitable whitespace for a new innovator that could solve untouched problems remaining in the key and item management field.

The solutions required by the market needed to deliver advantages to clients looking for smarter ways of managing processes where keys & items were concerned, not just the storage and vending of them.

e-Track was launched in 2019 with start-up investment from an established sister business distributing key and handheld item management products, Keytracker Ltd, with a focus on engineering and innovation to solve the problems with other products and bring change to the market that delivers automated, software driven processes where manual operations previous existed.

e-Track’s in-house software teams work direct on clients’ sites to develop the backend of our systems so we can deliver solutions to otherwise problematic stages in a process, usually via a simple on-screen input.
